Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in our change policy. We are pleased to provide you with the
following information about our terms and conditions:
- Exchanges and Store Credit: If you wish to make a product exchange due to a change of mind, inadequacy or defect in the item, we offer the option of Store Credit or exchange. We do not make cash refunds.
- Item condition : To be eligible for the exchange, the item must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original condition. It must be unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return period : You have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your request.
- Store Credit Note : If you choose to opt for Store Credit, a credit note will be issued and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. You can use this credit note to make future purchases in our store.
- Return with additional charge : If the returned item does not meet the conditions mentioned above, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge before processing the return.
